Scope of Work

ASPHALT RESURFACING includes removing damaged pavement and checking the existing base to see whether it needs to be reinforced or replaced. We will also if necessary cut out areas to ensure a smooth and flush transition. After the prep repair work is done we apply compact asphalt including roll/grade. When the paving project is completed there should be no parked vehicles for several days.

ASPHALT OVER CONCRETE includes some removal and cut out of existing concrete for smooth flush surfaces. We add a Petrotrac bonding agent to cover cracks/spaces in cement before paving and then apply compact asphalt including roll/grade. In some cases there is no warranty on asphalt over concrete. When the paving project is completed there should be no parked vehicles for several days.

RESEALING DRIVEWAY/PARKING LOTS includes spraying or brushing of resealing compound on affected area. We also apply crack filler when necessary.

ASPHALT OVER GRAVEL includes installing stone base where needed and apply compact asphalt including roll/grade. In some cases there is no warranty on asphalt over gravel. When the paving project is completed there should be no parked vehicles for several days.

ASPHALT INSTALL, REPLACE OR WIDENING includes excavation, adding stone base and then applying compact asphalt plus roll/grade. When the paving project is completed there should be no parked vehicles for several days.

CONCRETE INSTALL, REPLACE OR WIDENING includes excavation, installation of forms, boards, re-bar, expansion joints, mesh wire, and stone base. Apply concrete (pressure and thickness vary depending on each project) and brush for fine finish. When concrete project is completed, there should be no parked vehicles for up to one or two weeks.

Please Note: The use salt or ice melt chemicals will damage new cement.
